Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat during the night shift.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all support tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and assist in creating technical documentation.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential technical roadblocks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a low-light environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
