Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity problems and printer malfunctions.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access within the Active Directory environment.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Conduct regular system updates and patch management to ensure security compliance.
- Collaborate with the development team to optimize internal tools and workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, TCP/IP, and VPN configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
