Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and respond to help desk tickets efficiently using our ticketing system.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain company laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the deployment of new software updates and security patches.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to travel between Austin, TX offices or work remotely from Pennsylvania.
