Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to internal staff and external clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access within Active Directory.
- Conduct on-site visits for complex hardware installations and maintenance.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to identify and resolve network connectivity problems.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for IT equipment and assets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, Active Directory, and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site travel.
