Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Install and configure operating systems, peripherals, and office equipment.
- Manage and maintain the local area network (LAN) and wireless network.
- Respond to help desk tickets and phone inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security checks.
- Onboard new employees by setting up their workstations and accounts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree in IT preferred).
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation (if remote hybrid roles exist) or ability to commute to NYC.
