We are seeking a talented IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Houston, Texas.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our internal and external clients, providing top-tier technical assistance and maintaining our network infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming Help Desk tickets within SLA guidelines.
- Perform regular system maintenance and security updates.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement new technologies and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical issues and resolutions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- 1-3 years of professional IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, TCP/IP, and VPNs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
