Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance AI systems and infrastructure for 2026.
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, aligning them with long-term business goals and industry trends.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.
- Technical Oversight: Conduct code reviews, perform technical architecture assessments, and ensure best practices are followed across all projects.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements (LLMs, Neural Networks, Quantum Computing integration) and integrate relevant technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse engineering teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and make high-impact decisions under pressure.
