Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead a high-performance team of Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists in the design and implementation of LLMs.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency for edge deployment scenarios.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in Generative AI and Quantum computing integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Natural Language Understanding, and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
