Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI: Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures specifically tailored for the predictive demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Strategic Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap for our AI division, aligning R&D efforts with future market needs.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with quantum computing experts, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate emerging technologies.
- Optimization & Scalability: Oversee the deployment of high-performance computing clusters to handle massive data throughput.
- Ethical Frameworks: Establish governance protocols and ethical guidelines for autonomous AI systems to ensure responsible innovation.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML leadership.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Future-Ready: Demonstrated interest or experience in emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Edge Computing.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders and executive leadership.
