- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to forecast technical requirements and allocate resources for long-term R&D.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern programming languages (Go, Rust, Python).
