- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Champion sustainability and ethical tech adoption in all initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-level or VP roles
- Proven track record launching disruptive products in AI/blockchain/quantum
- Expertise in future forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Prior success raising $50M+ in innovation funding
