Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with third-party carriers and freight vendors to secure the best rates.
- Process and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading and packing lists.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Resolve shipping errors and organize return shipments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Proficiency with basic computer software (Excel, Word) and logistics software (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
