Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping schedules to meet strict deadlines.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Process purchase orders and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Reconcile daily shipping logs and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in training new warehouse staff on safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite).
