Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort goods accurately onto pallets or shelves.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, Conveyor) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Process shipping and receiving documents and labels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
