Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone and email during overnight hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and security patches during the off-peak maintenance window.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our internal knowledge base.
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Ensure all workstations and peripherals are functioning correctly for the morning shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Help Desk, IT Support, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and logical reasoning abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
