Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery and assembly equipment safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform regular quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Monitor production output and report any equipment malfunctions or material shortages immediately.
- Complete necessary paperwork and time logs accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or production is a plus but not mandatory; we provide paid training.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Physical stamina required to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
