Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of property and personnel.
- Monitor access control points to verify credentials and prevent unauthorized entry.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and logs after each shift.
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to visitors, employees, and stakeholders.
- Enforce company policies and procedures consistently and fairly.
- Assist in the evacuation process during emergency situations when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid California Security Guard License (BPOA) required.
- Previous experience in security, hospitality, or law enforcement is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and monitor areas for extended periods.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
