Responsibilities
- Patrol & Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors.
- Access Control: Verify credentials of individuals entering the premises and maintain a strict log of all entries and exits.
- Incident Reporting: Document any irregularities, security breaches, or medical emergencies immediately using our digital reporting tools.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional assistance to guests and employees, answering questions and directing traffic as needed.
- CCTV Monitoring: Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to detect potential threats or safety hazards.
- Emergency Response: Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, fires, or medical situations in accordance with company protocols.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid State of Louisiana Security License.
- Background: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Skills: Strong observational skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, and excellent communication abilities.
