Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas on foot and vehicle to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, theft, fire, or safety hazards.
- Monitor and operate security control room equipment, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, medical incidents, fire alarms, or security breaches.
- Prepare detailed written incident reports and logbooks accurately and timely.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Conduct regular checks of doors, windows, and gates to ensure facility security.
- Screen visitors and employees for access authorization, maintaining a secure perimeter.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Previous security experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Professional demeanor and strong observational skills.
