Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of assigned premises to ensure the safety and security of clients and property.
- Monitor and operate security surveillance cameras and access control systems.
- Enforce site-specific policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies by contacting emergency services and supervisors.
- Write detailed incident reports and logs regarding daily activities and observations.
- Verify credentials of visitors and manage access control at entry points.
- Assist with crowd control and traffic management during events or peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Certified Security Professional (CSP) license preferred but not required (training provided).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
