Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social networking, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and evaluate technical competencies.
- Maintain accurate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and generate weekly recruitment reports.
- Coordinate and conduct virtual and on-site interviews during evening hours.
- Stay current on industry trends to effectively market our open positions to top-tier candidates.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technical skills (Java, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid night environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
