The Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top-tier technical talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of technical recruiting, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and ATS systems to identify high-potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for critical open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting (SaaS, IT, or Engineering).
- Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume hourly roles.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict weekly deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
