Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for technical positions using various platforms and networks.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates and manage recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment or human resources.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
