Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview technical candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche job boards.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for mid-to-senior level technical positions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and update job postings.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to hiring managers in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to understand salary benchmarks and industry trends.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or HR coordination (Part-time experience acceptable).
- Proficiency with recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS).
- Strong understanding of software development roles and technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation.
