Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, etc.) using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
- Conduct engaging phone and video interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and job specifications.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer extension.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain data accuracy.
- Provide regular feedback to candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition (3+ years preferred).
- Deep understanding of the IT/Software Development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using recruiting tools and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a flexible environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
