Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming technical support tickets via phone and email during the night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for end-users with patience and precision.
- Document all interactions, solutions, and system changes in our CRM database accurately.
- Collaborate with day-shift engineering teams to escalate unresolved tickets and provide feedback on system performance.
- Monitor system alerts and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure operational continuity.
- Adhere to all company security protocols and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer support or technical helpdesk role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work full-time nights, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
