Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Answer incoming support tickets and communicate effectively with clients.
- Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met during the shift.
- Document technical resolutions and update client records.
- Collaborate with the day team to resolve complex escalations.
- Participate in nightly shift handover meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or customer service.
- Availability to work nights (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
