Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed during night hours.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse system.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Loading/Unloading: Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift Certification: Previous experience operating forklifts is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy standards.
