Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and reliable distributed systems.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.
- Conduct thorough incident management and post-mortem analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor system health and performance using advanced observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Optimize cloud infrastructure costs while ensuring maximum performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to define service level objectives (SLOs) and reliability goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a similar DevOps role.
- Deep expertise in Linux environments and scripting (Python, Bash, or Go).
- Strong experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and cloud providers (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
