Job Description
At Nexus Future Labs, we are not just predicting the future; we are architecting it. We are currently launching the 2026 Horizon Initiative, a transformative project aimed at redefining the boundaries of artificial general intelligence (AGI) and autonomous systems.
We are looking for a visionary Principal AI Architect to spearhead the technical strategy for this initiative. In this pivotal role, you will design the neural architectures that power the next generation of intelligent agents, ensuring they are scalable, ethical, and capable of solving real-world problems with human-like nuance.
As a key leader in our engineering division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment. If you are passionate about pushing the envelope of technology and want to define the landscape of 2026, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of cutting-edge AI models and systems for the 2026 Horizon Initiative.
- Define the technical vision, roadmap, and best practices for deep learning infrastructure.
- Oversee the integration of neural-symbolic reasoning into production pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, security, and executive leadership to align AI capabilities with business goals.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers and researchers to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, robustness, and adherence to ethical AI standards and regulatory compliance.
- Drive research into emerging paradigms such as transformer evolution and edge AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and distributed systems.
- Proven experience leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex, large-scale AI products.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI governance.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
