Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge neural architectures for next-gen AI models, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Lead the technical vision for our 2026 roadmap, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
- Oversee the integration of quantum computing elements into classical AI workflows.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and define best practices for ethical AI deployment and data governance.
- Conduct high-level research on emerging paradigms such as Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI.
- Ensure system reliability and security compliance for high-stakes financial and healthcare integrations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
