Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models leveraging QML frameworks
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and generative AI
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance
- Author peer-reviewed publications and white papers for industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers through weekly quantum algorithm workshops
- Secure research partnerships with academic institutions and quantum startups
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record in publishing quantum AI research (arXiv/IEEE)
- Advanced proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch frameworks
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics
- Portfolio demonstrating quantum algorithm implementations on real hardware
