Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures optimized for error correction and scalability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for machine learning and cryptography applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonics)
- Architect secure communication protocols leveraging quantum entanglement
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Translate quantum research into commercial product roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Deep knowledge of quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control hardware
- Strong background in distributed computing and high-performance architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or related field
