Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms optimized for 2026-era hardware constraints
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical systems for enterprise-scale deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security protocols
- Develop error-correction methodologies for fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Translate quantum research into commercially viable patent-pending solutions
- Partner with NASA and DARPA on quantum simulation projects for space exploration
- Present breakthrough findings at global quantum summits (IEEE Quantum Week, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent startup experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development with proven hardware integration
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum information theory
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Experience securing $10M+ quantum computing research grants
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and post-2026 roadmap
