Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing systems capable of solving previously unsolvable computational challenges by 2026
- Design error-corrected qubit architectures with 99.9% fidelity for industrial deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead the integration of quantum AI with classical machine learning pipelines
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-coherent processor designs
- Establish industry standards for quantum-safe cryptography implementation
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm development and optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science) on quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 logical qubits

- Strong background in complex system architecture and distributed computing
