Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems leveraging superconducting qubits and photonic processors
- Design error-correction frameworks achieving fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid algorithms
- Develop patent-protected quantum protocols for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on next-gen quantum communication networks
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature Quantum conferences
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science) on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant quantum architectures
- Strong background in quantum error correction and topological qubit systems
- Experience securing $10M+ in quantum computing research grants
- Deep knowledge of quantum machine learning applications
- Patents in quantum computing or related fields preferred
