Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics with quantum focus
- 3+ years hands-on experience with superconducting qubit architectures
- Published research in quantum error correction or variational algorithms
- Proficiency in Qiskit/Cirq and quantum circuit optimization tools
- Deep understanding of quantum complexity theory implications
- Track record of translating research to commercial prototypes
