Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure designed for the 2026 era, focusing on Agentic workflows and autonomous systems.
- Lead the research and deployment of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI models.
- Design robust data pipelines and model evaluation frameworks to ensure high accuracy and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainability in production environments.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in quantum computing and edge AI to future-proof our technology stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and deploying LLMs in production environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
