Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical strategy roadmap specifically for the 2026 timeline and beyond.
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable enterprise architecture solutions.
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Sustainable Tech) into current workflows.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure system resilience against future threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers to foster a culture of innovation and foresight.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or strategic planning.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives and long-term strategic planning.
- Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and future tech trends relevant to 2026.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
