Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure and pipelines for production-grade Generative AI applications.
- Lead the fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization of LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3) using modern frameworks like Hugging Face and PyTorch.
- Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure model security, privacy, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, and prompt engineering strategies.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI products to market.
