Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel neural network architectures and deep learning algorithms.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric applications.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance with emerging regulations.
- Optimize model performance, reduce inference costs, and improve training efficiency.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and generative AI techniques.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI products.
