Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling complex data streams and predictive modeling.
- Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, UX) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into products.
- Identify technical risks and implement robust solutions to mitigate them before deployment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Networks.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred) or equivalent extensive experience.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
