Responsibilities
- Define and drive the comprehensive technical roadmap for AI and Machine Learning initiatives through 2026.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture for large-scale data processing and model deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks for AI model lifecycle management.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Transformers) for potential integration.
- Lead architectural reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
