Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term strategy for AI model evolution and infrastructure scaling.
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design robust, fault-tolerant architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI systems.
- Optimize Performance: Drive initiatives to reduce inference latency and improve model accuracy across global deployments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for bias mitigation, data privacy, and responsible AI deployment.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with product leadership to align AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes for MLOps.
- Project Management: Proven track record of delivering complex AI projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
