We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Strategy Architect to lead our R&D division in San Francisco. Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our next-generation AI infrastructure, focusing on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) integration and Quantum AI hybrid systems.
- Orchestrate High-Level Research: Direct a team of top-tier engineers and researchers to explore cutting-edge technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), neural-symbolic AI, and autonomous agents.
- Bridge Technical and Executive Vision: Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business strategies for C-suite executives and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with global market trends.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines and compliance standards to ensure AI deployment is safe, transparent, and bias-free.
- Global Scalability: Design scalable architectures that can support billions of concurrent intelligent interactions across global markets.
- Partnerships and Ecosystems: Identify and forge strategic alliances with leading tech universities and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
- Proven Leadership: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior strategic or architectural leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps pipelines. Experience with Quantum computing concepts is a strong plus.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and innovate solutions for problems that don't yet exist.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences and influence cross-functional teams.
- Global Perspective: Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments with a focus on scalability and international compliance.
