Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 product cycle, translating business goals into technical roadmaps.
- System Design & Optimization: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable, and secure system architectures.
- Technology Forecasting: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor engineering teams, foster a culture of innovation, and drive technical excellence across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a strong plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and leading large-scale technical initiatives.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and executing on complex strategic visions.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Cloud Native architectures, Microservices, and distributed systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and driving technical decision-making.
