Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data models.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all systems.
- Perform data cleansing and transformation using Python or R.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
