- Lead the migration of critical systems to modern, future-proof stacks (e.g., Kubernetes, Microservices).
- Act as a subject matter expert for emerging technologies and evaluate their feasibility for enterprise integration.
- Mentor a team of architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in designing enterprise-grade systems for high-scale applications.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies.
- Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in strategic planning and forecasting technology trends up to 2026.
