The Role:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. You will bridge the gap between design and engineering, ensuring our products are not only functional but also exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
