Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance cloud-native infrastructure using AWS and Azure.
- Drive the integration of cutting-edge AI/ML models into core production systems to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum computing, Web3) to determine feasibility for future deployment.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure enterprise security, compliance, and data privacy standards are met across all architectural initiatives.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define technical debt reduction and modernization strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system migrations and modernization initiatives.
- Experience implementing AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
